4 TPH and 4.2MW Coal-Fired Reciproating Grate Boilers for Poultry Farm in Kyrgyzstan
Introduction
Agro Kush LLC, a prominent poultry farming and food processing entity in Kyrgyzstan, stands out for its cutting-edge operations, including hatching 24 million eggs annually and processing 56,000 tons of poultry meat. Its products reach 12 countries, including the EU and the Middle East. Faced with a surge in international orders, the company urgently sought to modernize its thermal energy infrastructure to address inefficiencies in existing equipment and exorbitant fuel expenses.
Responding to this challenge, ZOZEN Boiler implemented a tailored solution comprising two sets of DZW series 4 tph coal-fired steam boilers and one SZW series 4.2 mw coal-fired hot water boiler. These systems feature advanced reciprocating grates and staged air distribution technology, effectively tackling combustion issues associated with lignite and enhancing overall thermal efficiency.
The DZW series steam boilers, equipped with cutting-edge temperature control systems, provide a reliable heat source crucial for the egg incubation process, ensuring environmental stability to optimize incubation efficiency. Additionally, these boilers play a vital role in maintaining consistent temperatures in breeding areas, creating ideal growth conditions for poultry.
Complementing the steam boilers, the SZW series hot water boiler system offers versatile thermal support. It supplies high-temperature water essential for equipment cleaning and disinfection, upholding stringent hygiene standards within the facility. Moreover, the constant-temperature water supply system guarantees the provision of optimal drinking water temperature for the poultry, promoting their well-being and growth.
