Introduction

Liaoning Longyu New Materials Co., Ltd. has undertaken a significant project to establish a high-performance pigment production facility, with a substantial investment of over 1.8 billion yuan. The project aims to achieve an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of high-performance organic pigments, targeting an annual revenue of 5 billion yuan. This endeavor aspires to establish the world’s largest production base for organic pigments.

To support this crucial project, Liaoning Longyu has chosen 20-ton gas steam boilers from ZOZEN Boiler and placed a custom order for multiple units. Currently, two boilers have already been installed and are in operation, while others are in the process of being shipped.

Before partnering with ZOZEN Boiler, Liaoning Longyu faced challenges with their previous boiler systems.
