As part of its clean energy steam supply initiative, the company sought to adopt advanced biomass boiler technology to reduce carbon emissions, align with environmental regulations, and fulfill the steam requirements of businesses in the park.

For this project, ZOZEN Boiler provided a DZW series 15 tons reciprocating grate biomass steam boiler equipped with a reciprocating grate. This grate design is well-suited for biomass fuels like wood chips, which often have high moisture content and irregular particle sizes. The system effectively prevents issues such as incomplete combustion or fuel buildup, ensuring optimal combustion efficiency. The boiler achieves a thermal efficiency exceeding 86%, reducing wood chip consumption and lowering operating costs while maintaining high performance and environmental compliance.
