Introduction

Energo Service Montage LLC, a dedicated energy service management company in Mongolia, has selected ZOZEN Boiler’s cutting-edge SHX series 7 MW coal-fired circulating fluidized bed hot water boiler to fulfill the requirements of a local heating project.

In response to the specific needs of Energo Service Montage LLC and the unique conditions in Mongolia, ZOZEN Boiler has provided a customized boiler solution:

Recognizing Mongolia’s abundant coal resources, the SHX series coal-fired boiler is engineered to accommodate various fuels, including coal, gangue, biomass, waste, and sludge. This flexibility ensures a stable and reliable energy supply, while offering the project multiple energy options.

The SHX series 7 MW coal-fired circulating fluidized bed hot water boiler achieves low sulfur and low nitrogen emissions, incorporating direct desulfurization during combustion. Nitrogen oxide emissions are kept below 100mg/Nm³, significantly reducing environmental pollution and meeting the increasingly stringent environmental regulations.

Throughout the project, the ZOZEN Boiler team closely collaborated with Energo Service Montage LLC to ensure seamless execution from solution design to boiler installation and commissioning.
