Our common diesel boiler tonnages are 6 tons of diesel boilers, 10 tons of diesel boilers, 20 tons of diesel boilers, etc., but 5 tons of diesel boilers are rare. In the process of using a diesel boiler, in order to understand whether the purchased diesel boiler is cost-effective, it is necessary to understand the gross oil amount of the diesel boiler.

 

5 ton diesel steam boiler can produce 5 tons of steam per hour, 5 diesel hot water boiler can heat 50,000 square meters, and an hour can supply 100 tons of hot water. Common models of five-ton diesel boilers are WNS5-1.0-Y, WNS5-1.25-Y, WNS3.5-1.0 / 95 / 70-Y, SZS4-2.5-Y and so on. So, how much diesel is consumed by a five-ton diesel boiler every day?

 

Calculation formula of diesel boiler fuel consumption: diesel boiler fuel consumption per hour = 3600 * thermal power / calorific value / boiler efficiency.

The thermal efficiency of a 5-ton oil-fired boiler is 3.5MW, and its combustion calorific value is 42.42Mj / kg. The general efficiency of the ZOZEN oil-fired boiler can reach 90%. The fuel consumption = 3600s * 3.5MW / 42.42Mj / kg / 90% = 330kg.

It can be calculated from the above: 5 ton diesel boiler consumes 330 kg of diesel fuel per day. 5 ton diesel boiler of ZOZEN boiler is composed of upper and lower drums, membrane-type water-cooled walls, convection tube bundle, energy-saving device and condenser. After the fuel is burned in the furnace, the flue gas is discharged into the chimney through the convection tube bundle and the flue gas waste heat recovery device.
