Gas/Oil Fired Thermal Oil Heater Description

The DZL series tri-drum biomass-fired boiler is water tube boiler with three drums. It adopts the assembled structure with two parts. The upper part is heating surface and the lower part is combustion equipment. The front part of boiler body is surrounded by membrane walls whose upper part connects with boiler drum and lower part connects with header, which forms the combustion chamber to absorb the radiant heat; and there are dense convention tube bundles between the upper and lower drums at the rear of boiler, so the high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion in the furnace scours convection tube bundles, then enters the economizer and dust collector, and finally is exhausted into the atmosphere via the chimney.
