Introduction

Texhong Textile Group Limited, one of the largest core cotton textile suppliers in the world, recently purchased a 35-ton gas steam boiler for their production base in Nicaragua. The boiler is intended to supply steam and heat for textile production in the region. However, there was a lifting restriction on the dock in Nicaragua, which meant that the transportation weight needed to be reduced.

To meet this demand, ZOZEN Boiler, the supplier of the gas steam boiler, customized a transportation plan for the customer. The plan involved removing the refractory materials and outer packaging of the boiler body, and transporting them separately to reduce the weight. Additionally, engineers from ZOZEN Boiler were sent to the project site in Nicaragua to assist with the installation work.

Texhong Textile Group Limited visited the production base of ZOZEN Boiler and observed the manufacturing process of the gas steam boiler. They were impressed with ZOZEN Boiler’s reasonable pricing and proactive assistance in solving their problems.
