2. Gas consumption of 5 tons gas boiler
The hourly gas consumption of a 5 ton gas boiler is 361.8m3, how to calculate it? The calculation formula of the gas consumption of the gas boiler is: gas consumption = boiler thermal power × 3600s ÷ natural gas calorific value ÷ boiler thermal efficiency. The thermal power of a 5-ton gas boiler is 3.5MW and the thermal power when using natural gas as fuel is 92%. The natural gas has a high heating value of 39.82MJ / M3 and a low heating value of 35.88MJ / M3. The average value is 37.85MJ / M3, so a 5-ton gas boiler Gas consumption per hour = 3.5 × 3600 ÷ 37.85 ÷ 92% = 361.8m3.
3. Operation cost of 5 tons gas boiler
The boiler operating cost consists of four parts: fuel cost, labor cost, water and electricity cost, and maintenance cost.
Fuel cost: 5 tons of gas-fired boiler consumes 361.8m3 of gas per hour, the total annual cost is: 361.8 × 3.2 × 24 × 92% × 280 = 7157735 yuan;
Water and electricity charges: equipment (fan, feeder, etc.) 50KW, 0.8 yuan per kWh, the total annual cost is 50 × 92% × 0.8 × 24 × 280 = 247296 yuan;
Labor cost: 1 person × 2500 yuan / month × 12 = 30,000 yuan;
Maintenance fee: 3000 yuan;
The total operating cost of a 5-ton gas boiler is 7157735 + 247296 + 30000 + 3000 = 7438031 yuan.
