The new scheme of desulfurization and denitration for a 40-ton coal-fired boiler plus desulfurization and denitration equipment is designed. Wet lime desulfurization is used for desulfurization. The flue gas enters the desulfurization tower from the flue gas inlet to the sedimentation and heating chamber, so that the flue gas becomes a high-speed rotating air flow, and alkaline water is sprayed into the high-speed rotating air flow, using the multi-channel reverse spray method invented by our company to make the water The gas is fully contacted, the flue gas reaches the bottom of the dedusting desulfurization cylinder, and then spirally dewaters through the water cylinder to prevent the flue gas from carrying water into the boiler fan. After dehydration, the flue gas returns to the heating chamber and exchanges heat with the high-temperature flue gas before dedusting and desulfurization, and then reheats the flue gas after dedusting and desulfurization, thereby effectively solving the problems of corrosion, dust and vibration caused by the low-temperature and humid flue gas induced draft fan . The desulfurization efficiency can reach more than 95%. No scaling and clogging will occur in the dust removal and desulfurization device, which can effectively reduce the system maintenance workload.
