YYW horizontal gas /oil fired thermal oil furnace (with airborne hot body furnace) is a new type of heating equipment, which uses fuel and gas as heat source and thermal conducting oil as carrier to force the heat carrier to circulate in liquid phase through circulation pump and pump, and then transfers the heat to the heating equipment before returning to the heat furnace for re-heating. The heating surface is compact in structure. The heating surface is composed of inner, middle and outer (or inner and outer) densely arranged disk tubes. The inner coil is the radiation heating surface, and the outer surface of the middle and outer coils and the inner coil is the convective heating surface.

1. High temperature and low pressure of the heat-conducting oil furnace; Accurate temperature control, high efficiency of heat energy.
2. The heating surface adopts a dense row of disk pipe. The heating surface is sufficiently arranged to reduce the heat load on the pipe surface and make the use of thermal oil safer.
3. The diameter and length of the radiation coil are fully adapted to the flame of the matching burner to ensure the reliable operation and sufficient cooling of the coil.
4. The boiler structure is compact, greatly saving the boiler room floor area.
5. Air preheater is set at the end of large boiler to improve boiler efficiency.
6. On the basis of rigorous calculation, the convective heating surface adopts a higher reasonable flow rate of flue gas, so as to ensure the full heat transfer of the furnace body and the high thermal efficiency of the boiler system.
7. Heating up to 300℃ above, the general working pressure in 1MPa, safe and reliable.
