The fuel consumption is how much oil the diesel boiler burns every day. There is a fixed calculation formula for the fuel consumption: diesel boiler hourly fuel consumption = 3600 × thermal power ÷ heating value ÷ boiler efficiency. Low-level heating value of diesel = 42652kj / kg; Low-level heating value of gasoline = 43061kj / kg; Low-level heating value of crude oil / heavy oil = 44833kj / kg; Residual status heating value = 37646kj / kg. Under normal circumstances, the thermal efficiency of a 10-ton oil-fired boiler is 7MW, and its combustion heat value is 42.42Mj / kg. The efficiency of the oil-fired boiler is about 92%. Then, the daily fuel consumption of a 10-ton fuel oil boiler = 3600 × 7MW ÷ 42.42Mj ÷ kg / 92% = 650kg.
