What is the hourly fuel consumption of 1 ton biomass boiler? Hourly fuel consumption = 600,000 calories * tonnage / biomass pellet combustion calorific value / boiler combustion efficiency. Take 1 ton biomass boiler as an example, 1 ton is equal to 600,000kcal, biomass pellet burning calorific value is 3800kcal, boiler burning efficiency is calculated by 80%, so the hourly fuel consumption of 1 ton biomass boiler = 600,000kcal/3800kcal/kg/80%=197kg/h. So it can be concluded that 1 ton biomass boiler consumes fuel in 1 hour is 197kg.
