After a site visit to the food factory, ZOZEN boiler engineers found that the original oil and gas furnace was not equipped with a flue gas waste heat recovery device, so the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler was low. When designing the new boiler solution, engineers made reasonable use of the space height of the user’s boiler room and designed an overhead air preheater in the boiler system. The air preheater is a kind of preheating equipment to improve the heat exchange performance of the boiler and reduce the heat loss. Meanwhile, ZOZEN WNS gas steam boiler body flue tube bundle adopts high-efficiency heat transfer element – threaded flue tube to strengthen the heat transfer effect and effectively improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
